Vertical Balers

A range of sizes from mini balers generating bales of 25 kg to mill size balers generating bales up to 600 kg. Suitable for small to medium producers of cardboard and plastic waste. By baling these materials a company can reduce volumes and increase potential for rebates.

Semi Automatic Horizontal Balers

From 44 tonne pressure to 95 tonne pressure, with auto start and cycle fitted as standard. Bale weights up to 800kg. Specified to suit your needs, loading can be by hand, conveyor, bin lift, forklift, chute or can be adapted to most applications. Standard features include a heavy duty shear blade, Hardox wear resistant floor, a high speed, high pressure hydraulic power pack with three levels of auto cut out protection, key switch operation, emergency stop, stop-start photocells and bale ready warning light.

Polystyrene Briquetters

Are available in 4 sizes to fit most purposes in e.g. a store or in the fish processing industry where EPS packaging is used. The briquetters will reduce the volume of EPS approx. 15-30 times with wet and dry material (including fish boxes). These machines reduce the transportation costs drastically allowing the opportunity to achieve a rebate value for the material.

Static Compactors

Have a high compaction performance, a greater range of loading options and ability to handle a larger volume of waste. A static compactor does not travel to the landfill site as it is bolted to its base. The container is exchanged which reduces costs and ensures that the compactor machine gets constant use.

Portable Compactors

Require less space, can be relocated easily and have no special site requirements. The integral compactor means no spillage as the rear door seals retain the liquid and are fully leak proof. Perfect for food companies, or any site with wet waste.

Glass Crushers

Are compact and efficient, combining safety and ease of use with performance, functionality and reliability. Glass Crushers are used throughout the hospitality sector from Nightclubs to Bars to Hotels & Restaurants or any recycling operation. This machine can reduce bottle volume 5:1, and handle two tonne per hour.

Shredders

Can be used for many materials including wood, paper or plastic.
