Waste Audits |
| Following an initial consultation with one of our highly experienced waste management consultants, an extensive waste audit will be carried out. Each waste producing area of the business will be monitored for current and potential efficiency and a comprehensive proposal prepared. |
Proposal |
| At this stage the proposal will be presented to all parties involved, additions and amendments discussed and adjustments made. A final proposal will then be drafted and presented for final approval. |
System Implementation |

Once agreed and contracts are signed a project team will be allocated, an action plan will be produced and time scales set for the roll-out of the contract. Service levels will be agreed with both the client and any third party contractors, delivery dates will be set for containers and equipment and an annual duty of care will be completed for each waste stream. |

| All equipment is serviced at regular intervals, in accordance with the service level agreements in place and any breakdowns are dealt with in what is deemed as an acceptable timeframe and replacements provided if necessary. |
